Proven experience hiring for contract, C2H, and permanent IT positions.
Robust knowledge of IT technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and ERP technologies.
Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
Solid understanding of contract staffing models, vendor management, payroll models, and client SLAs.
