About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist who has hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Develop lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
Research and define target audiences using Meta Ads Manager.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking where required.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.




Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Valuable understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in Meta Blueprint is an added advantage.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing preferred.
