Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and supporting chemical production processes, ensuring smooth operations, product quality, safety, and compliance with SOPs and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor chemical production processes and ensure operations are carried out as per SOPs.
Handle and monitor chemical reactions, batch processing, and production activities.
Ensure correct handling, charging, and transfer of raw materials and chemicals.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, and reaction time.
Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
Coordinate with QC and QA teams for sampling, testing, and quality requirements.
Identify process deviations and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
Follow GMP, safety, EHS,



and company procedures.
Ensure secure handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.

Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of chemical processes and production operations.
Experience in chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and team coordination abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.
