Role Overview We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment (~80% of the role) while also supporting broader HR operations (~20%) — giving you exposure across the employee lifecycle in a growing biosciences organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and consultants
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical/niche positions (scientific, technical, sales roles as relevant to biosciences)
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio)
Manage vendor/consultant relationships for lateral and bulk hiring




Conduct salary negotiations and offer discussions

HR Generalist Support (20%)
Assist with onboarding and induction of recent hires
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
Maintain HR records/HRMS data related to current joiners
Assist with basic employee relations queries and documentation
Support policy communication and compliance-related documentation as needed

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Prior recruitment experience preferred (pharma/biosciences/healthcare industry a plus)
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
