Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Trainer role located in office in Indore at Jobsense Training & Placement Institute. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training programs, and providing support to trainees in a classroom setting.
Qualifications
Technical Training and Training & Development skills
Experience in Communication skills
Experience in Training methodologies
Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt training techniques to various learning styles
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience as a Technical Trainer is a plus
