Required Skills & Experience
AIaugmented QA mindset; regular use of LLMs / Copilot in testing and automation
Robust testing fundamentals: requirements analysis, test design, riskbased testing, defect analysis
Automation experience with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium / Cypress
Coding skills in JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / Python
API and integration testing experience
CI/CD awareness
Ability to review, refine, and validate AIgenerated test cases and automation
Practical prompting skills for test generation, edge cases, and regression impact
Robust ownership and humanintheloop judgment

Log and data analysis
Using AI to analyze failures and summarize large outputs
