Health Prime is hiring AR Callers to join our energetic team.

Job Title - AR/Sr AR Caller- US Healthcare RCM

Work mode : Work from office

Work Location : Puducherry

Shift : Night Shift (5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST).

Experience : 1 - 6 yrs

Job Description:Role & responsibilities
Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals
Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals. Disputing with the insurance companies on incorrect denials.
Checking status of the appeal filed and reprocessed claims through IVR,



Calls and online payers portal
Filing an appeal to the insurance companies with the required information
Refilling corrected claims with coding/demographic/authorization/referral corrections.
Follow HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information.

Requirements
1 to 6 years exp in AR calling .
Proficient in denial Management is mandatory
Proficient knowledge of computer, Microsoft office, Communication Skills English (Verbal/Written).
