Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Allocate work and monitor productivity of labour and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Site Engineers for execution of daily work.
Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping at the site.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain daily progress and labour reports.
Check workmanship and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Coordinate with stores for material requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
