Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** with a strong background in the **real estate industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting, fundraising, and risk management while supporting business growth and profitability. Candidates **must have prior experience in real estate or property development**.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

* Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

* Manage project finance, construction finance, and real estate investment analysis.

* Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding and financial matters.

* Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across multiple developments.

* Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.

* Develop financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.





* Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.

* Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities where applicable.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Required Qualifications

* MBA (Finance),CA ,Post Graduation is an added advantage.

* 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience in the real estate sector.

* Proven expertise in project finance, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and statutory compliance.

* Robust understanding of real estate financial models, land acquisition, project costing, and funding structures.

* Experience working with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

* Strategic financial planning and decision-making.

* Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
