Job Description:
We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of firewalls, network monitoring systems, and web application security, along with exposure to virtualization and Active Directory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for network and security-related incidents and service requests
Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, NMS, Network devices, and WAF
Support virtualized settings in clustered setups
Assist in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory-related issues
Work closely with L1, L3, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices

Required Skills & Experience:




Minimum 4 years of experience in L2 Network/Security Support
Solid hands-on experience with Firewalls, NMS, Networking, and WAF
Good knowledge of virtualization in clustered environments (VMware/Hyper-V or similar)
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred:
Exposure to enterprise IT System Integrator environments
Relevant certifications in networking or security

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
