Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our solar panel manufacturing plant. You will operate and maintain machines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain solar panel manufacturing machines
Set up machines per production requirements
Monitor and adjust production processes
Conduct quality checks and report issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate to meet production targets
Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications




High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
Robust technical knowledge of machine operations
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive physical stamina for quick-paced work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work shifts and overtime
