Dealer relationship management
Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, OEM dealers and local territory managers of OEM

Team Management
Manage a team of SMs including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management
Ensure all SMs and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to product offerings
Ensure timely training on product and process changes for his team
