Role & responsibilities
Teach Computer Science/Computing to Primary, Lower secondary grades, including Cambridge IGCSE.
Deliver engaging, project-based lessons with a robust focus on practical programming and problem-solving.
Design coding projects, practical activities, and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Technical Proficiency Required:
Python Programming
Algorithms and Computational Thinking
Flowcharts and Pseudocode
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Data Representation (Binary, Hexadecimal, Character Encoding)
Computer Systems and Architecture
Computer Networks and Internet Technologies
Cybersecurity and Data Protection
Database Concepts and SQL




Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with IDEs such as VS Code, IDLE, Replit, or similar coding platforms
Robust understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE Computing curriculum and assessment framework

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
B.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 35 years of teaching experience.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills.
