Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Industry: Textile Manufacturing (Weaving Unit)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Accounts Executive with experience in Tally ERP and textile accounting to support day-to-day accounting and GST-related operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting entries, GST reports, and data management in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Record purchase, sales, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
Prepare and maintain GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reports.
Ensure accurate accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
Handle invoice entry and documentation.
Maintain proper accounting records and support daily financial operations.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.




Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
B.Com qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting/data entry.
Experience working in the textile industry will be preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.
Positive understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reports.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
Good attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Male candidates will be preferred.
