Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute business development strategies for the domestic formulations market.
Identify and acquire recent business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, marketers, distributors, and institutional customers.
Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Market Expansion
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Identify current product opportunities and therapeutic segments for growth.
Develop market penetration strategies to increase the company's presence across India.

Customer Relationship Management
Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, contracts, and long-term partnerships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Manage key accounts and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

Product Portfolio Management
Collaborate with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing,



and Manufacturing teams for product launches.
Support portfolio expansion by identifying market-driven product requirements.
Evaluate opportunities for in-licensing, co-marketing, and strategic alliances.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the business development team.
Establish performance objectives and monitor team effectiveness.
Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

Business Planning & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports.
Monitor business performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
Present business updates and growth plans to senior management.
