About the Role

We are looking for an Automation & Digital Marketing Specialist who can support marketing campaigns while building easy automation systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketing basics and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation
Build workflows using tools like Zapier and Make (Integromat)
Automate lead capture, follow-ups, and notifications
Connect forms, CRMs, and marketing tools
CRM Management
Work with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
Manage pipelines, contacts, and basic workflows
Set up email/SMS automation campaigns
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in running campaigns (social media, email, etc.)
Upload and manage content across platforms
Support lead generation and funnel setup
Basic Tracking & Setup
Assist with setting up tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Track basic events like form submissions and clicks

Requirements
1–3 years experience in marketing / automation / tech support




Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, funnels, email)
Hands-on experience with Zapier or Make (basic level)
Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of webhooks and integrations
Experience with landing pages or funnels
Basic understanding of ads (Meta/Google)
Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT
