The Team Lead – HR GCC (Hire to Retire Operations) will be responsible for leading the end-to-end HR Operations delivery for multiple group entities supporting approximately 10,000 employees. This role will act as the governance and process controller for Hire-to-Retire operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant execution of HR transactions through a centralized shared services model.
The incumbent will manage a team of 3–4 HR Operations Specialists, drive service excellence through defined SLAs, KPIs, TATs, monitor helpdesk and ticketing performance, and partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
