Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage employee onboarding activities, including documentation, joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain and update ATS, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and data analysis as required.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving basic employee concerns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute towards improving HR processes.
Required Skills
6 months 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
Basic understanding of employee onboarding processes.
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle people and manage queries effectively.
Ability to maintain recruitment data, trackers, reports, and HR documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
