Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debts.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers when necessary
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal) to resolve disputes
Prepare regular reports on collection status and aging analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Escalate critical cases to management when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Proven experience in collections (preferred)
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

0–3 years

Salary:
As per industry standards + incentives based on performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
