We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Aurangabad. This role requires a person with a . degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision. The candidate should be male and ready to work full time from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee all daily construction activities on site to ensure projects are running smoothly and on schedule.
Manage Workforce: Coordinate and manage workers to ensure they understand their responsibilities and work safely and efficiently.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being done to ensure it meets company standards and is completed as per the specifications.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Report Progress: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders, highlighting any issues or delays.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction,



whether related to materials, workforce, or scheduling.
