Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales qualified to drive business growth by developing project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and infrastructure segments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in specification selling and relationship management with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and key decision - makers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through project sales and specification selling.
Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
Identify upcoming projects and secure product specifications.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for successful project execution.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in project negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Sales.
Proven experience in specification selling and institutional/B2B sales.
Robust network with Architects, Consultants, PMCs, Builders, Developers, and Contractors in the Kochi market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
