GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Responsible for receiving and reviewing new claims notifications from policyholders, brokers, or other channels. Verify claim information and enter details accurately inti the claims management system.

Basic understanding of: - Claims handling and case lifecycle - Policy / administrative processes - Financial transactions (payments, reconciliation, collections)
