Supervise nurses, caregivers, and nursing assistants at the patient location.
Assess the patient's clinical condition and ensure the prescribed care plan is followed.
Verify medication administration, procedures, and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.
Conduct competency assessments and provide in office guidance to nursing staff.
Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and the operations team regarding patient progress.
Identify clinical issues or emergencies and ensure timely escalation and intervention.




Monitor the availability and proper use of medical equipment and consumables at the patient's location.
Resolve patient and family concerns to ensure high patient satisfaction.
Prepare and submit patient visit reports, audit findings, and staff performance reports.
Ensure compliance with Apollo Home Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
Support current staff during field training and provide continuous coaching to improve service quality.
Conduct periodic quality audits and recommend corrective actions to enhance patient care outcomes.
