Job Summary

Lead project delivery, owner representation, design coordination, procurement, stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.

Ensure timely execution, quality, and statutory compliance.

Prepare technical reports and management dashboards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and management.

Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Lead overall project execution.

Manage contracts, claims, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

Essential Qualifications





Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant discipline.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

Experience in institutional, educational, healthcare, or large campus projects.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
