We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in Narela. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and productive delivery of packages to our customers. Your primary duty will be to transport goods while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Package Pickup: You will collect packages from our office or designated locations and verify their details before leaving. This ensures that all deliveries are accurate and complete.
Delivery Management: You are responsible for planning your delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage. Efficient route management will help us serve our customers better.
Customer Interaction: Deliveries will require you to interact pleasantly with customers. Building a rapport is essential for maintaining good relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Keeping track of deliveries is vital. You will be expected to maintain logs of packages delivered, including delivery time and customer feedback.
Return of Undelivered Packages:



If a package cannot be delivered, you will need to return it to the office and provide reasons for non-delivery.

Required skills include a good understanding of local roads, robust communication skills, and a reliable attitude. You should be physically fit to carry packages and willing to work in various weather conditions. A commitment to punctuality and customer service is essential, as is the ability to handle cash transactions if needed. A flexible approach to work hours is also expected.
