Role & responsibilities
Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding recent hires for audit, tax, and compliance roles.
Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and employee records maintenance using tools like Tally or HRMS software.
Coordinate employee onboarding programs, including documentation, induction training, and policy dissemination.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, awards, recognition programs, and team-building events to enhance retention and to create a positive culture.
Handle HR administration, performance appraisals & exit formalities.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate (B.Com/MBA HR preferred) with minimum 1 year experience in HR roles within skilled services firms (CA/audit/tax preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software and knowledge of Job Portals.
Robust communication (especially English), organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CA firm dynamics is advantageous.
