Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage monthly advertising budgets of USD 20,000 or more.
Optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Work independently while meeting deadlines and business objectives. Preferred Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least USD 20,000 per month.

• Solid knowledge of Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)



and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
