We are looking for a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team in Shivajinagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and an . certification. The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Set Up Machines: Prepare grinding machines by installing and adjusting tools as per specifications to ensure accurate operation.
Operate Machinery: Monitor and control the grinding process, making adjustments to ensure smooth and effective production while maintaining high-quality standards.
Inspect Workpieces: Regularly check the dimensions and surface finish of parts with measuring instruments, ensuring they meet design specifications.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any equipment malfunctions or defects during the grinding process to minimize downtime.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized, following safety and maintenance guidelines.
