TravDigi, a DPIIT-recognized hotel-technology startup, is expanding across India and hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives in multiple cities. This is a work-from-home + field role — no office reporting required. You'll work from your own city, meeting hotels in your area to onboard them onto TravDigi.

This is a purely target-based role ideal for self-driven, energetic go-getters who love fieldwork and want to be part of a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit hotels, resorts, guesthouses, and homestays in your city/region to introduce and demonstrate TravDigi
Onboard new properties and guide them through registration
Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and managers
Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
Represent TravDigi at local events and exhibitions when required
Report daily field activity and progress to the Head of Sales

Requirements:
0–3 years of field sales, marketing,



or business development experience (freshers with strong communication welcome)
Based in the city/region you're applying for
Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel
Own smartphone; two-wheeler preferred for local travel
Fluency in the local regional language + working Hindi/English
Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently without office supervision
A go-getter attitude with strong communication skills
