Job Description : Power Platform Specialist
Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Must Have Skills
Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with:
Power BI Administration
Power Apps development
Power Automate (complex workflow automation)
Power Platform governance & ALM principles
Experience creating enterprise-grade access request workflows.
Solid knowledge of Azure AD, security groups, and identity management.
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and ideally ServiceNow.
Comfort with APIs, JSON, and connector-based integrations.

Performance, Scalability & Reliability (Preferred Skills)
Familiarity with Power Platform performance optimization, including:
Handling concurrency in Power Apps and flows
Optimizing data calls, delegation, and connector usage




Understanding API limits and throttling behavior
Designing apps to minimize latency for internal users
Awareness of scaling considerations when applications are used across markets

Positive to Have
Experience with Power BI embedded scenarios.
Basic scripting or web-technology exposure for extended integrations.

Soft Skills
Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive tasks independently
Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations
Solid problem-solving and solution design mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal handholding across teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfort interacting with business stakeholders to refine requirements.
