We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Setter with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Kundrathur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and a robust understanding of CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
Setting Up CNC VMC Machines: You will be responsible for preparing and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to job specifications, ensuring that machines are ready for production.
Tool Selection and Installation: Selecting and installing the appropriate tools and fixtures for the machining process to achieve desired specifications and quality.
Programming Machine Operations: Inputting and adjusting machine programs as necessary, ensuring accurate machining according to designs and plans.
Monitoring Production: Keeping a close eye on the machining process to ensure consistent output quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards.
Performing Maintenance: Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.





Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have a solid understanding of CNC machining processes and machinery. A diploma in engineering or a related field is required. Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly.
