Welcome and assist walk-in members and prospective customers with gym services, memberships, and facilities.
Build robust customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving customer queries.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and membership data using CRM and Excel.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Support daily front desk, administrative, and basic accounting activities while achieving sales and conversion targets.
