Job Summary:

The role requires solid understanding of R&B; Department procedures, road and bridge construction practices, contract management, and legal compliance to ensure all project agreements and activities align with government regulations and company policies.

Objective of the Role:

To effectively manage contract agreements, legal compliance, and technical coordination related to R&B; Department civil projects, ensuring proper documentation, risk mitigation, and adherence to contractual obligations while safeguarding the companys legal and financial interests.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, work orders, and service agreements for civil projects.
Ensure all contracts comply with R&B; Department guidelines, tender conditions, and statutory regulations.
Ensure project execution aligns with R&B; Department standards, procedures, and policies.
Coordinate with R&B; officials, consultants, and government authorities for project-related approvals and documentation.




Verify technical compliance with R&B; standards, quality parameters, and construction methods.
Assist project teams in identifying technical risks, deviations, and compliance issues.
Ensure project contracts comply with applicable legal frameworks and government regulations.
Identify potential contractual and legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
Review and analyze tender documents, bid conditions, and technical specifications.
Assist in preparation and verification of contract agreements after tender award.
Maintain organized records of tender documents, agreements, approvals, and compliance reports.
Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors regarding contractual obligations.
Accuracy and compliance of contract documentation.
Timely identification and mitigation of contractual and legal risks.
Compliance with R&B; Department regulations and procedures.
