Experience: 3+ years in EAF operations & steel melting

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Electric Arc Furnace for steel melting and casting
Maintain temperature control, charge composition, and power settings for steel production
Conduct routine inspections and ensure furnace efficiency
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / ITI in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
Hands-on experience in EAF operations and steel melting processes
Knowledge of refractory maintenance and electrode management
Solid understanding of foundry safety standards
