We are looking for an Office Accountant to join our team in Ranchi. This is a full time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. The Office Accountant will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports to help management understand the company's financial position.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring that all bills are paid on time and all customer payments are collected promptly.
Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly check and reconcile bank statements with our financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with Audits: Support the preparation for internal and external audits by organizing financial documents and providing necessary information to auditors.
