About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to manage offer roll-

outs across our network of existing merchants. This role requires close coordination with

internal teams, solid project management skills, and a results-focused approach to ensure

campaigns go live on time and deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the merchant onboarding team to execute offers across eligible existing

merchants.
Align with merchant team stakeholders to identify, verify, and finalize the list of merchants for

each campaign.
Coordinate with the design team to obtain creatives and ensure accuracy in deployment.
Oversee deployment activities, ensuring timely execution across all identified merchant

locations.
Track campaign deployment progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Identify and escalate any bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution of offers.




Maintain comprehensive records of deployments for audit and performance analysis.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed
4–5 years of experience in sales ops, Program Management, Campaign execution
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Education: Any Graduate or MBA is preferred.
