Regional Manager (Technical Sales) – Civil

Job Summary

The Regional Manager (Sales) is responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing a team of sales professionals, developing business prospects, maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, government departments, and distributors, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Channel Partners.
Identify current business opportunities in infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, developers, and government agencies.
Manage key accounts and negotiate large-value contracts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with technical, production,



logistics, and customer support teams for smooth project execution.
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).
8–15 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction or civil engineering industry.
Experience in handling regional sales operations and managing sales teams.

Required Skills

Knowledge of construction materials, engineering products, and project sales.
Relationship management and networking.
Business development and strategic planning.
CRM and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month

Experience:
Civil engineering: 10 years (Required)
Technical sales: 4 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
