We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Noida Extension. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring products are correctly selected and packed for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Selection: You will locate items in the warehouse based on order lists, ensuring accuracy in picking the right products for shipment.
Packing: After selecting items, you will carefully pack them to prevent damage during transportation, following specific packaging guidelines.
Quality Check: You will inspect products for any defects before packing, ensuring that only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
Inventory Management: You will assist in keeping track of inventory levels, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Cleanliness and Organization: You will maintain a clean and organized work area, helping to promote a safe and effective working workplace.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be able to read and follow instructions accurately.
You should be physically fit, as the role requires lifting and moving packages.
Attention to detail is essential to ensure the right products are selected and packed properly.
Good communication skills will help you coordinate effectively with team members.
Previous work experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus, but not required; we welcome freshers as well.
