Gate Entry and Inwarding of materials against PO, Invoice and relevant documents
Coordinate with Transporters, Buyers and Suppliers was resolving issues, disputes and discrepancy.
Ensure 100% compliance to commercial rules and government regulations
Dispatch planning based on periodic requirements via Stock Transfer Orders
Dispatch planning based on critical list shared by Purchase & also based on criticalities.
Protected Loading of Vehicles; Preparation of TC files
Coordination with contractors for vehicle loading, barrel filling, tanker loading
Coordination with security team for vehicle inward and outward
Coordination with Production, QA, Purchase, Planning, Central Supply Chain, IT, Accounts and Taxation, OPCs, IBU, Logistics, Recent Product Development teams, R&D;, APPPG, PPG,



on daily basis
Coordination of Export activities; documentation and Execution
Pro-Active reporting of Unsafe Conditions in respective area its speedy closure to ensure safety of self and other team members.
Coordination with Transporters for Vehicle Placement
Manpower management for Truck Dispatch, Tanker Loading and Barrelization
Knowledge of SAP-MM (t-codes, movement, validation, trouble shooting, etc)
Knowledge of EWM within SAP or any equivalent software.
Positive MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills
Experience with Power BI/Tableau
Any certifications pertaining to Six Sigma, DOE, etc
