ITIL Capacity Management,
ITIL Cross Functional Service Management,
ITIL Service Level Management,
ServiceNow - IT Service Management
Solid knowledge of ITIL service lifecycle and service value system.
Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Cherwell, or BMC Remedy.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational silos and manage multiple priorities.
