MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPHIL) from a recognized medical institution.
Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in pediatric care, with demonstrated proficiency in NICU and PICU settings.
Proven experience in managing neonatal and pediatric intensive care cases, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, and advanced life support.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a current license to practice.
Solid understanding of pediatric protocols, infection control, and ethical standards in child healthcare.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call rotations.
