As a Performance Marketer, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel growth and improve brand visibility. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to experiment, analyze results, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ad managers (Meta, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct in-depth analysis to drive continuous optimization.
Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance.
Track user behavior and marketing effectiveness using analytics and performance tracking tools.
Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve messaging, creatives, and landing pages.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.




Support SEO initiatives by aligning paid and organic growth strategies.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms including Google Ads and social media ad managers.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience planning and executing marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement tools.
Strong copywriting and content ideation skills with a performance mindset.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a rapid-paced team setting.
Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with relevant performance marketing experience.

Good to Have
Experience or exposure to the ed-tech or study abroad industry.
