Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other tools to manufacture parts according to specifications. Ensure machines are set up properly for efficient production.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Identify and report any defects or issues for correction.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly and safely. Troubleshoot minor issues and report major problems to supervisors.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct manufacturing processes and measurements needed.
