Jay Jalaram Precision Component LLP are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines and produce quality components as per engineering drawings.

Job Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload jobs and ensure proper clamping.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments.
Maintain required quality standards during production.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Knowledge of Fanuc Controller.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.




Basic understanding of machining processes and quality standards.
Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification
ITI Machinist/Turner or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience as a VMC Operator is preferred.
