We are looking for a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust interest in cars and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers: Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend suitable car options.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the various cars available, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrations: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features while addressing customer inquiries.
Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth experience.
Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential customers post-visit to encourage decision-making and build lasting relationships.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to make informed recommendations to customers.

Required Skills and Expectations:





The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. A basic understanding of cars and their specifications is essential. Solid communication skills are required to effectively describe vehicles to customers and answer their questions. You should be personable, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly. A positive attitude, ambition to succeed, and the ability to work in a team environment are vital for this role. As this is a full time position, flexibility and dedication are essential.
