We are looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time position for recent graduates seeking to gain hands-on experience in human resource management.

The key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, where you will help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. You will also support onboarding recent employees by preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions. Additionally, you will help maintain employee records and databases to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Another key task includes assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events. You may also be involved in preparing HR-related reports and presentations to provide insights for decision-making.

Candidates should possess robust communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will interact with various stakeholders. Being detail-oriented is crucial to manage records and ensure accuracy.



A basic understanding of HR concepts and practices is preferred but not mandatory.

We expect interns to demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will be helpful.
