Startup Engagement & Outreach
Identify and onboard high-potential startups across tech, manufacturing, agri, edu-tech, and other sectors.
Manage end-to-end participation and onboarding process for Startup Dangal cohorts/events.
Conduct outreach campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and networking meets.

Partnerships & Alliances
Build strategic partnerships with incubators, accelerators, academic institutions, and state bodies.
Liaise with government agencies for cooperative startup promotion programs.
Pitch the mission to corporates for CSR, mentorship, or pilot opportunities.

Investor & Mentor Connect
Engage with angel investors, VCs, and ecosystem enablers to build funding channels.
Facilitate mentoring programs and connect startups with relevant advisors.

Operations & Reporting




Track pipeline of onboarded startups and maintain detailed MIS of progress and outcomes.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in startup ecosystem development, business consulting, or B2B partnerships.
Solid understanding of Indian startup policies, trends, and funding landscape.
Excellent networking, communication, and pitching skills.
