Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base in the Pharma, Biotech, and Industrial Equipment sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for field sales, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Pharma, Biotech, and Industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
Conduct field visits to meet customers, understand their requirements, and promote company products.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Marketing, or Business preferred).
1–2 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, preferably in Pharma Products, Biotech, or Industrial Equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
