Senior QA Engineer (AI-First | Full-Stack Quality)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who thinks beyond traditional testing — someone who can build quality systems, not just validate them. This role is for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, embraces an AI-first approach, and takes ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium
Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
Build AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, flaky test detection, failure analysis, etc.)
Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback and rapid releases
Take ownership of end-to-end quality — from requirement analysis to production validation
Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure shift-left quality
Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize test execution time and reliability
Contribute to building internal tools, frameworks, and platforms
Drive test architecture decisions, not just test cases

What We’re Looking For

Core Engineering Skills




Solid programming expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium or cypress
Solid understanding of API testing, UI automation, and system design
Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines
Comfortable writing production-grade code
Ability to create frameworks, tools, and reusable components

AI-First Mindset
Exposure to or strong interest in applying AI/ML in testing
Ability to leverage AI tools for:
Test generation
Failure triaging
Intelligent reporting
Curious and experimental with emerging AI capabilities
