Key Responsibilities

End-to-End recruitment

Develop and update job descriptions

Recruit candidates from relevant sources eg. Job portals, Campus recruitments, Head hunting etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications





Co-ordinate for the line ups.

Complete the joining formalities.

Maintain and develop recruitment database.

Preparing offer letter

Other HR and Admin related activities such as INDUCTION, ONBOARDING, APPRAISAL ETC.

Skills :

Excellent Communication, Presentation, Networking & Negotiation skills.

Experience in IT HIRING .

Must have laptop & positive internet connectivity at home as work is hybrid
